Does Yumeira offer a warranty?
Yes. Yumeira offers a 6-month warranty on all jewelry, covering manufacturing defects and fading under normal daily wear. Within 7 days of delivery you can return or exchange an eligible item as per our Return and Exchange Policy. After that, for up to 6 months, if a piece develops a genuine fault such as fading, a loose stone, or a broken clasp, send us a photo on WhatsApp at +971 56 598 2464 or email sales@yumeira.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal scratching.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Yumeira accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with tags and certificates. We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and for size issues on rings and bracelets.
