Yumeira Premium Jewelry is a UAE based online jewellery brand selling only within the UAE. We make 18K gold plated stainless steel necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings and anklets built for daily wear in this climate. Most pieces are priced between AED 95 and AED 120, with free UAE delivery.

Who owns Yumeira?

Yumeira was founded by Faraz and is operated by Hootivo Digital Marketing Services LLC, a UAE licensed company. Sourcing, quality checks and customer support are handled by the same small team, which is why you reach a decision maker on WhatsApp rather than an outsourced call centre. Do you have a physical store?

No. Yumeira operates online only, which is one of the reasons the pricing stays where it does. There is no showroom to visit, but you can ask anything before ordering on WhatsApp, including photos or a short video of a specific piece if you want to see it in natural light first.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

No. We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only, to all seven emirates. We do not ship to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or any other country at this time. Keeping delivery domestic is what allows us to offer free shipping and 2 to 4 day arrival.

Materials and quality

What is Yumeira jewellery made from?

Every piece is built on a stainless steel core with 18K gold plating. Stainless steel does not rust or oxidise the way brass and copper do, and that base material is the single biggest reason our pieces behave differently from cheap plated jewellery in UAE humidity.

Is Yumeira jewellery real gold or solid gold?

It is 18K gold plated stainless steel, not solid gold. We state this clearly because the difference matters. Solid gold at this weight would cost several thousand dirhams per piece. Our range sits between AED 95 and AED 120, which is only possible because of the plated construction.

What plating process do you use?

Our manufacturer uses a vacuum coating process rather than standard electroplating. In this method the gold layer bonds to the steel far more securely than a dipped finish, which is what allows the colour to survive water, sweat and daily friction instead of wearing off at contact points within weeks.

Has Yumeira jewellery been independently tested?

Is Yumeira jewellery safe for sensitive skin?

Our pieces are made without nickel in the plating process, and independent testing on a representative sample found no nickel release, which is the most common cause of metal allergy reactions. Most people with sensitive skin wear our pieces without issue. If you have a diagnosed metal allergy, check the materials with us first before ordering.

Will Yumeira jewellery turn my skin green?

Green marks come from copper and brass reacting with sweat once thin plating wears through. Our pieces use a stainless steel core instead of brass, so that reaction does not occur in the same way. This is a material difference, not a coating trick, and it is the main reason we chose steel over the cheaper alternative.

Are the stones real diamonds?

No. Our stone set pieces use high grade cubic zirconia, not diamonds. Cubic zirconia gives comparable clarity and sparkle at a fraction of the cost, which is what keeps these pieces inside our normal price range. Every listing describes the stones accurately, and we never label cubic zirconia as diamond.

Wearing and care

Is Yumeira jewellery waterproof? Can I shower or swim in it?

Yes. Our pieces are made to stay on through showering, hand washing, workouts, swimming pools and the sea. That is the point of the material. Does Yumeira jewellery tarnish or fade?

Our pieces are made to resist the tarnishing and fading that affect brass based fashion jewellery in UAE heat and humidity. No plated finish on earth is permanent, and we will not claim otherwise. What we can say is that normal daily wear, sweat and water do not strip the colour the way they do on cheaper plating.

How long does the gold plating last?

With normal daily wear, the finish is built to hold well beyond the 6 month warranty period. Actual life depends on how you wear it. Frequent contact with perfume, chlorine tablets, cleaning products or abrasive surfaces will shorten it, as it would on any plated jewellery, including far more expensive brands.

Can I sleep in my jewellery?

Yes, the material handles it. The practical risk is mechanical rather than chemical: chains can catch on bedding and clasps can loosen over time. For delicate chains and drop earrings we suggest taking them off at night, purely to avoid snagging damage that no warranty covers.

How should I care for my jewellery?

• Wipe with a soft dry cloth after heavy sweat or a day at the beach.
• Apply perfume and sunscreen first, then put the jewellery on.
• Keep it away from bleach, chlorine tablets and industrial cleaning products.
• Store pieces separately in a dry place so they do not scratch each other.

No polishing cloths, special solutions or maintenance routines are needed.

How much does Yumeira jewellery cost?

Most pieces sit between AED 95 and AED 120 across every category. The range is deliberately narrow so you never have to work out which of our pieces is the properly made one. Delivery is free, so the price you see is the price you pay. Start with our best sellers.

Do you deliver across the UAE, and how long does it take?

Yes, free delivery to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days from order confirmation. Full terms are on our shipping policy page.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You receive a tracking ID as soon as your order is dispatched, sent to the contact details you entered at checkout. If the tracking has not updated within 24 hours of dispatch, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will check the status with the courier directly.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on all UAE orders, alongside secure card payment at checkout. With COD you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Since delivery is free, the amount you hand over is exactly the order total shown at checkout, with nothing added at the door.

Is there a discount for buying more than one piece?

Yes. Use code YUM15 at checkout for 15 percent off when you buy two or more pieces. This is the only standing offer we run. You will not see permanent sale badges or crossed out prices on this store, because a price that is always discounted was never a real price.

Returns and warranty

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags. We accept returns for defective, damaged or incorrect items, and for sizing issues on rings and bracelets. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit within 7 to 10 business days of receipt. Full terms: return and exchange policy.

What does the 6 month warranty cover?

Every piece carries a 6 month warranty covering manufacturing defects and fading under normal daily wear. If a piece develops a genuine fault such as fading, a loose stone or a broken clasp, send a photo on WhatsApp to +971 56 598 2464 or email sales@yumeira.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidents or normal surface scratching.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Transit damage is our responsibility, not yours. We arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we do not ask you to pay return shipping on a damaged or incorrect item.

Gifts and sizing

Does the jewellery come in gift packaging?

Yes. Every order arrives in presentation packaging at no extra cost, so a piece bought for yourself and a piece bought as a gift look the same on arrival. Our gifts collection groups the pieces people most often give for birthdays, anniversaries and Eid.

Can you deliver directly to the person receiving the gift?

Yes. Enter their name and address as the delivery details at checkout. If you are paying Cash on Delivery, remember the recipient would have to pay the courier, so choose card payment for a surprise gift. Message us on WhatsApp if you need the delivery timed for a specific date.

How do I choose the right ring or bracelet size?

Each product page lists the available sizes and measurements. If you are unsure, send us a WhatsApp message with the measurement of a ring or bracelet you already wear and we will tell you which size matches. Sizing issues are covered under our 7 day return and exchange policy.
