• We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE.

• Yumeira reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of incomplete, fraudulent, or suspicious information.

• All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We provide free delivery across the UAE.

• Standard delivery time: 2–4 business days.

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Yumeira will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery (see full Return & Exchange Policy).

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

• Custom or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return unless defective.

• Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method whenever possible. Store credit may be offered if preferred by the customer.
